Extraction speed determines how much of your property survives a water loss. Our Water Extraction crews arrive with truck-mount units built to pull water fast, not just a shop-vac and a hope.

We measure extraction success with a moisture meter, not a visual check, because a floor can look dry on top while the material underneath is still saturated.
We'd rather explain the water extraction process in plain terms upfront than have you find out the hard way what a shortcut costs later.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist rather than a specialist.
Ask for credentials before the work starts, not after — a legitimate water extraction specialist will have them ready.
Our trucks carry commercial extraction equipment that outperforms portable units on every metric that matters.
We don't call extraction complete until the meter confirms it.
Local staging is the difference between a 20-minute wait and a two-hour one.
You get a written quote before extraction starts, based on the actual scope of the loss.
We don't treat water extraction as a single generic task — each part of the process below gets its own specific approach.
Truck-mount units remove standing water first, prioritized ahead of any secondary cleanup.
Specialized extraction wands lift water from between hardwood boards without forcing more moisture underneath.
Pad almost always holds water longer than the carpet surface, so we test and extract both separately.
We adjust extraction time and equipment placement based on how porous the slab surface is.
Furniture and upholstered items get assessed and extracted on-site when salvageable.
We don't consider extraction finished until readings confirm it, not just a visual check.
Four steps, no guesswork, from your first call to a verified water extraction result.
Dispatch gathers just enough detail to load the right equipment before the truck leaves.
Local staging is what makes rapid arrival possible, rather than a promise with nothing behind it.
You approve the number before equipment turns on — no surprise invoice after the fact.
Work continues until the job meets our documented completion standard, verified before we call it done.
"They pulled water from under our hardwood without warping the boards further."
Grace T., Hempstead"Our office carpet flooded overnight and extraction was complete before staff arrived for the morning shift."
Nathaniel W., Hempstead"No surprise charges — the quote matched the invoice exactly."
Bianca H., Hempstead"They extracted water from our upholstered furniture instead of just writing it off as a loss."
Corinne W., Hempstead"They explained why the pad needed separate testing from the carpet, which made sense once I saw the readings."
Julian V., HempsteadIf your question about water extraction isn't covered here, call +1-844-578-1604 and we'll walk you through it directly.
Our water extraction coverage spans 11549 11550, with trucks positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Hempstead address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
